"elexa's support services reinforce COA e5.2 upgrade project at BCU" - 1st July 2009
Birmingham City University (BCU) have contracted with elexa Consultants for an initial period of 12 months to provide application support services in respect of the COA Solutions E5 application. Initially this is to provide extra capabilities for the duration of the upgrade project to the latest release of the E5 software, namely e5.2. These services include conversion verification testing along with application, volume and regression testing, coupled with end user application training.
Over the long term elexa Consultants will also provide support and assistance with the interfacing and migration of data from other applications that run within the university such as the student records system. elexa MD John Phillips said "Utilising the elexa application support services for the daily administration of E5 will allow BCU staff to concentrate on the deployment of the upgrade project and other University developments that are being scheduled. I am confident that elexa will, as always, provide a seamless transfer of support knowledge from existing staff and therefore be able to provide a first class support service for the duration of the contract."
