"Heart of England Coop goes live with Insurance Claims System" - 15th January 2009
The Heart of England Co-operative Society were processing their insurance claims manually. It was therefore decided that to enable easier tracking, reporting and analysis of these claims a bespoke application was needed. elexa Consultants were successfully selected from tender and have proceeded to deliver a web enabled electronic insurance claims application.
The system facilitates the processing of property loss, liability and third party damage claims and is available to Heart of England staff located at a number of premises. The application can be accessed via a LAN, Intranet, Extranet or the internet and was developed for Windows Server 2008 using the .NET and SQL Server technolgies. The Heart of England Insurance Administrator commented "Working with elexa ensured that we developed a system that exactly matched our business process".
