"Redefine project for H&F Bridge Partnership" - 1st March 2008

H&F Bridge Partnership have engaged Elexa to provide consultancy to undertake what is being termed the 'Redefine Project'. The project is to change the way the financial data within the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham is organised to allow for better reporting and management of the COA Solutions e5 financial application. Specific areas that were addressed were; security requirements, screen customisations, reporting, interface and extract requirements. Assistance was also provided during the Build and Test phases of the project along with specifying the data conversion requirements.
