"Aegon sign up for support of IMS" - 29th February 2008
Aegon have signed up with elexa to a 12 month rolling support and maintenance agreement for their Incident Management System (IMS). IMS is a bespoke software system designed, developed and deployed last year by elexa Consultants on behalf of Aegon. IMS allows incidents to be created, stored, updated and tracked through to resolution. The agreement means that any issues associated with IMS can be raised with elexa for resolution during the period of agreement. John Phillips, elexa's Managing Director said "It is vital that any system issues raised following go-live are resolved as quickly as possible. The agreement gives Aegon the security of knowing that elexa are available to deal with any such issues if they arise. elexa not only offer imaginative software solutions but also on-going support following implementation."
