"E.ON Support and consultancy services" - 14th January 2008
elexa Consultants have been providing support and consultancy services for the last 12 months to manage the operations of the system administration unit which maintains E.ON's internal 99% target for system availability of the COA Solutions E5 financial accounting, Bottomline BACS-IPs, Gandlake and Fileman applications. Ongoing support for these applications will continue going forward through 2008.
The consultancy being provided by elexa has to ensure that current SLA's for incidents and service requests are adhered to, regular supplier review meetings are undertaken and the management of the operational and commercial relationships associated with them is maintained.
