"Phase 2 of Invoice Capture deployed at Aegon " - 7th November 2007
Phase 2 of the Invoice Capture system has been successfully deployed at Aegon's HQ in Edinburgh. Phase 2 consists of both new, and enhancments to existing, functionality that improves upon the efficiencies and cost savings delivered since the Invoice Capture system was implemented earlier this year. The Invoice Capture system was developed using the .NET Framework and SQL Server technologies and allows for the remote capture of Invoices and Expense Claims and their automatic entry into the COA Solutions (CedAr) E5 Accounts Payable module.

elexa's consultant at Aegon, Jeff Laidler added "The enhancements to existing functions consists of improvements to the enquiry facility and the addition of bar code scanning to the authorisation process. New functionality allows for the processing of expense claims."
