"Heart of England Co-op's OSCAS 2007 Awards Ceremony" - 29th September 2007
Elexa Consultants are once again proud to be sponsoring the Heart of England Co-operative Society OSCAS awards ceremony. Now in its fifth year the OSCAS (Outstanding Service to Customers and Staff) awards recognise the hard working staff across the Society's divisions. The Society is believed to be the first to launch an employee awards scheme on this scale and since its introduction the initiative has gone from strength to strength. The event was held at the national Motorcycle Museum in Bickenhill, Solihull was attended by around 300 members of staff from the region and presented by Central TV weather girl Emma Jesson.
Heart of England Co-operative Society Chief Executive Ali Kurji commented "The OSCAS Awards are there to recognise staff who go the extra mile to help both customers and fellow employees and reward them for providing a truly superior service".
