From the North:
Leave the A19 at the A1027 junction turning left along the A1027 travelling East into Billingham, Go straight across the first two roundabouts onto Central Avenue. Travel the entire length of Central Avenue and turn left at the T-junction onto the B1275. At the next roundabout, take the second exit into Belasis Hall Technology Park. The Business Centre is the major building on the left.
From the South:
Leave the A19 at the A139 junction and at the first roundabout take the right exit back across the A19. At the next roundabout take the second exit onto the B1275 heading towards Haverton Hill. After crossing over the railway, at the next roundabout, take the second exit into Belasis Hall Technology Park. The Business Centre is the major building on the left.
